At Asbury United Methodist Church, we encourage all members to experience a Via de Cristo Weekend, when they are ready. The weekend begins on Thursday evening and ends on Sunday afternoon and there is no cost to the Pilgrim. A Men’s Weekend and Women’s Weekend are held in the Fall, and a Co-Ed Weekend is held in the Spring to accommodate whatever type of experience is best for you.

Also, the Pilgrim could attend a Walk To Emmaus Weekend, which is very similar to the Via de Cristo.

The growing Via De Cristo/Emmaus community at Asbury invites you to ask them about this very special learning and disciple-building experience.

Did you ever notice those cars with the big DeColores bumper stickers and wonder who they are? They are people who have attended a Via de Cristo or Walk to Emmaus weekend!
