Perhaps you have gained weight with the holidays. Perhaps you want to increase your flexibility and/or build strength? Perhaps you need a way to center and find grounding in your life.

Beginning Sunday, January 13, Pastor Charissa Jaeger-Sanders, a certified yoga instructor, will be offering donation yoga classes twice a month, on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month, from 4PM to 5:15PM in Farr Hall. Come out for a devotional followed by a flow style, all levels, yoga class, where we link our breath and movement. Beginners are welcome!
